Event and Charter Bus Parking
If you’re coming to an event downtown, the ABC Ramps Mobility Hub is located next to several event venues such as Target Field, Target Center, First Avenue, the Historic Theatre District, Warehouse District restaurants, and many more. Skyways lead from the ramps to many of these places.​
Event Parking Payments Options
Credit Card
Credit Card payments are accepted at the pay stations located inside the lobby and hallways of the ABC Ramps Mobility Hub and at the exit column.
Electronic
Electronic payments such as Apple Wallet and Google Pay are accepted at the pay stations located inside the lobby and hallways of the ABC Ramps Mobility Hub and at the exit column.
Cash
Cash is only accepted at the pay stations located inside the lobby and hallways of the ABC Ramps Mobility Hub. Cash is NOT accepted at the exit column.
Leaving After Paying
If paying at a pay station, there is a 15-minute grace period to exit the ramp.
Event Parking Reservation
You are guaranteed a parking space when you arrive if you buy a pre-purchased reservation. Just use your favorite parking reservation app.

Heading to Downtown Minneapolis and need a parking spot? Guarantee a spot at an ABC Ramps Mobility Hubs facility by creating a reservation using your favorite parking app.

Simply choose a participating location, date, and time. When you arrive you will scan the bar code on the app. The credit card you have on file with be charged when you leave.
Charter Bus Parking: Purchase a Permit
Permits are sold through our online permitting website. Please create an account or sign in if you’re a returning customer, and select the events for which you would like to buy a permit.
