- Commuters from west or northwest using I-394 or I-94
- Minnesota Driver's license or State ID with proof of residence in eligible area

How to register

at Commuter Connection US Bank Plaza, 220 South 6th Street, Suite 230 (skyway
level)
After you register, permits will be mailed to the lead driver. Each carpool
member must show their ID at the ABC Ramps office. You'll pay for a quarterly contract ($60 total)
and receive your ramp access card on the spot. Billing is sent every 3 months and renewal information is sent
to the lead driver every 6 months.
