Who is eligible?

$20 monthly rate

Vehicles with 2 or more people traveling from the west or northwest Twin Cities using I-394 or I-94 to drive to work
Minnesota driver’s license or state ID card with proof of residence in eligible area (current address must be on ID)

The $20 rate is available to I-394 and I-94 commuters because the ABC Ramps were built to reduce congestion downtown and on the I-394/I-94 corridor.
